These mini buildings are recreations of real buildings. Each of them is constructed over a 8x8 Plate, which is the ideal size for any library. Torre Picasso Torre Picasso (Picasso Tower) is one of the most emblematic (modern) buildings of Madrid, and until year 2007 it was the tallest, now beaten by the four skyscrapers of the Cuatro Torres Bussiness Area. It was inaugurated on December 1988. The building itself is not very original, because it highly resembles to the Rainier Tower, also from architect Minoru Yamasaki, author of the original World Trade Center in NYC. Its scale is approximately of 1:800. San Marcos Church Reproduction of San Marcos Church in Salamanca, which laid at the limits of the city on 1858. It is a Romanesque church from centuries 11th or 12th, and its main characteristic is its circular floor. Its scale is 1:350. It uses the minimum quantity of SNOT techniques (only for the doors) and so it have been used almost exclusively standard bricks, plates and tiles. Tower of Pisa The Tower of Pisa is in fact the campanile of the cathedral of Pisa. It was constructed between centuries 12th and 14th and its tilt began during construction.
