This scene represents in micro-scale the famous Council of Elrond of the movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.

In that Council members of the different races of Middle Earth gathered, and it was decided that the Ring should be destroyed.

I submitted this MOC to the 'Movie scene' contest of the HispaLUG Expo 2013. It has 500 parts.
