This is the Mini version of the Modular Ice Cream Parlour constructed by my friend Pretoriano (Flickr & HispaLUG). It is the first time I make a Mini version of another AFOL's MOC so I had a double challenge: I had to like it but Pretoriano had also.

And my Mini version. I have taken some liberties as the fact that it is a corner building and the lateral terrace so the customers can enjoy their ice creams.

A couple of details: the SNOT stairs and the lateral terrace.
